INDOFAB Thickeners are robust & sturdy Scrapper Mechanims installed in sedimentation tanks designed to pre-thicken or thicken feed slurry with lower suspended solids to higher percentage solids in underflow. INDOFAB Thickener mechanisms have specially designed high volume & energy dissipating Feedwell to minimize any disturbance to settling motion. Typical Settling rates & solids settling characteristics decide the Rake speeds for effective scrapping. Pickets & posts are provided as applicable to accelerate the settling rate efficient thickening resluts. INDOFAB Drive Heads are deployed with very high torque and toppling load capacities to provide the necessary raking action. High volume Central Sludge well & sludge scrappers facilitates non-clogging discharge. INDOFAB Thickener mechanisms propose a higher solids capture rate with more energy efficient design. 2018 New Installation of upto 30 MLD CETP & 45 Mtr Diameter Coal Washery Thickener Retrofit are amongst the biggest Installations.
